Wedding Soup - parmigiano and prosciutto broth, chicken, escarole, carrots, onions, celery, pastina

Pear & Arugula - roasted bosc pears, arugula, red onion, shaved pecorino romano, toasty walnuts, black pepper, balsamic, extra virgin olive oil

Gnocchi with Braised Beef - potato gnocchi, beef braised in tomato, grana padano

Pizza Umbria - red potatoes, cooked in cream with onions and thyme, finished with pancetta 

Torta Caprese - warmed chocolate and almond cake, mascarpone whip cream, sweetened berries, vanilla gelato, pistachio
